Good day,

Please could you assist, I have aset of users that have doc cals and are assigned to a specific document. They are still able to see all other documents on the access point that do not have any security settings. Is it possible for these doc cal users to only see the document they are allocated to and not others.

Not as far as I know. It is possible to hide documents for groups of users by putting them in a subdirectory and setting NTFS permissions on that folder so only the users that should see the documents can access that folder. But that is based on users or user groups, not on document cals. It is possible but it would mean creating a folder for each document and besides assigning a doc cal also setting the appropriate NTFS permissions on the folder in which the document is stored. That's going to take a lot of maintenance.
