Hi Rob- thats a great tool!! i use it a lot.
I have a trouble using it on one of my files-
when i push the Process Doc button, after few seconds the 'edit module' macros section opens
on the row: CONST SCRIPT_VERSION = "1.14", and stop processing.
I cant seem to make it work after that-
any idea why this happens?
thanks!!
Can you post the collectProperties.log file so I can see where it's hanging? The file should be in your temp dirctory. The exact location is shown in the caption of the log listbox on the Main sheet.

Hi Rob,
I had the same issue, and checked the log file you were reffering to..
In my case, I had a container where all objects inside the container were unavailable which made the Document Analyzer stop and display the edit module window. Once I deleted the container, the Document Analyzer worked like it should..

Hi Rob
Same problem for me in v1.14 and again it is caused by Containers. Removed them and analyser worked.

Dear Rob,
I would like to use your tool, which seems amazing on the paper!
But I am getting an error in the macro; it seems to me it has problems in reading the script?
These are the last lines of the collectProperties.log

Extracting Dimensions
Extracting Fonts

thank you!
What was the error message in the macro?

I am attacching a screenshot, thank you!
What I'm seeing in the macro doesn't match what I see in the log. Confusing. Can you post or email me the qvw? You can remove all data with the File > Reduce Data menu command. No data is required. If you don't want to post it you can email to me at qlikview at robwunderlich.com.

Hi Rob,
document analyzer is hanging up at first row of macro just like tgs mentioned. Any update on this.
