Document Cals assignments

I have attached a file that depicts our current company siutation. I have allocated 81 document cals to a specific file, but I feel like I should have 4 more when looking at the "summary" but it doesn't allow me to saying "Too many document cals allocated".

Am I correct in this interpretation?

What does document Cals Assigned to Users: 4 mean?

Only 4 of the 81 allocated Cals have been assigned to users, upon accessing the app via AccessPoint. In QMC, under Documents | Document Cals you should see the 4 assigned users.

Cals assigned to users: 4 means out of 81 cals allocated to document 4 licenses are assigned to users and i see that you have dynamic cal checked which means any user who accesses this document will dynamically be assigned one license. Hope this helps.
