Document Chaining Failed

Hi All,

I have implemented document chaning between two applications.

Issues: Document chaining is not working by qvp link. (if i test at file physical location it works fine).

Hi,

When you say by QVP what exactly are you doing.

Please let me know detailed steps which you have taken.

Are you using relative path or absolute path when you publish in server? Check the path accessible from server?

Hi Kaushik,

Accessing by QVP means:

We will write this in text file qvp://Servername/QllikView/Application1.qvw and save as application1.qvw.

So now qvw has this link, whenever we open this qvw it connect to sever and open applicationq.qvw.

In this scenario document chaining is not working.

Hi Siva,

I checked path access and document chaining is working in local host, its not working by standalone (qvp)

Moreover both files are at same location so there is no question of relative path.
