Document Chaining not working

Hello,

I tried doing Document Chaining but it isn't working. Can anyone help me out in this.

can you upload your qvw file? or you testing in desktop application or in IE?

P,z found attached application.

In applymap dashboard, i have 2 buttons , one button is redirecting to Sorting.qvw and other back to example1.qvw

Nikhil,

It works perfectly. am able to document chain cyclically from all the three application. I doubt and advise you to check the document path you hardcoded in the action button.

Hey,

You mean if :

In dashoard1 , for open in qlikview trigger, i put dashboard2 path AND

In dashoard2 , for open in qlikview trigger, i put dashboard1 path thenm it is working fine ?

Plz attach the files so that i can see where am i wrong.

yes, just put the exact path of the document you are pointing to.

Sorry but i forget to mention one thing:

During Cyclic Dimension chaining , State of Selection are not being transferred.

I mean:

In Dashboard1 if i make a selection and now i go to Dashboard2 now Selection is transferred of Dashboard1 to Dashboard2. But now when i go to Dashboard1 from Dashboard2 then selection are not transferred to Dashboard1. Why is it so?
