I am having an issue with thumbnail disappearing in Access point if the document is reloaded using qv.exe /r option via batch file on windows scheduler. My current version of QV 11 SR5 on windows server 2008 R2.
The thumbnail is working fine if the document is reloaded within QMC method.
I am unable to find the correct solution on the community for this issue.
