Document time out

Hello all,

I have a question regarding document time out. I'm using IIS and I deleted all document and session time out. However after not using my report for around 10 min I get the message "Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document." so I have to log out and log in again. This is ok, but I'd like to know how to avoid the session to expire.

You must also set the timeouts in the QEMC:

QEMC/System/QlikViewServer/Performance/Sessions

Hi Marcus, they are set to 7.200 seconds so I think the problem is somewhere else.

Any other idea?
