Documents have disappeared for all non-Admin users

This afternoon the access point documents disappeared for all non-admin users.

The users can still login to the portal but no documents are visible and no error messages.

The QV admins can still see all documents in web view.

No changes have been made on servers.

The servers have been restarted several times.
