Double set analysis

Is it posible to make a double set analys?

My expression is:

num

(sum({<Jaar={$(HoogsteJaarMin1)}>}{<Kwartaal={'1'}>}Bedrag),'€ #.##0;€ #.##0-')

He only takes te second set analysis.

Who can help me with this question?
