Doubt about slider

Hi everybody

I have to use a slider with a table.

I have the expresion VALUE1/VALUE 2

in the slider i wanna have this optiones

VALUE1/VALUE 2 < 25

25 > VALUE1/VALUE 2  > 50

50 > VALUE1/VALUE > 75

75 > VALUE1/VALUE > 100

100 > VALUE1/VALUE

What should i do?

give that values in dimension and ue dat dimension in slider object do same as below
