Doubt in Expression for google Map

Hii,

I developd Google Map of GWP for cities of India.I successfully developed it but Inside Expression I used,

'GWP:'&GWP as expression. Actually it is used as expression only for Google map.

Can anyone explain me what is exact use of this expression ?

Means it used only to display its values ?

Then what about bubble size ? how to decide its size ?
