Hi ,
I am new to qlikview. Can some body please help me in finding solution to Drill through in Qlikview.
Our users are looking for detailed data when they click on Calculation field.
Is there any way to see drill through data in qlikview. ?
Hi,
Drill down is different from Drill through.
Drill Through is viewing detailed table or columns information behind calculation.
Hi
See the Snapshot to create Drill-Down Group and also see how you can use Calculated Dimensions in it.

Could you attach a qvw?
Hi,
You cannot directly select calculations/expressions in charts. If you have a straight table and for example click on a column that has an expression it will select all the dimension values that compose the row(s) that you select. In other words it will select whole rows. You can filter or make expressions "selectable" by enabling Searchable option in properties (Properties > presentation > choose an expression > searchable checkbox).
This option will allow you to make string searches, or advanced searches like "=sum(Value)>0".
Answering your question about seeing details when you click an expression, it can be done with 2 or more objects that display different levels of detail. Remember that QlikView is a tool that allows you to create customizable visualizations where you can build the level of detail you want to create, so is up to your imagination, and of course that the data model is well constructed,

Thanks for prompt reply.
I am just briefing about my requirement.
Suppose I have Region as a field and sum(sales) as my Calculated Expression.
The Pivot chart displays Sum of sales based on Region like below.
Region Sum(Sales)
APAC 10000
EMEA 20000
User want to click on 10000 and see what are all the rows behind calculation of 10000.
Is there any way to get rows data when clicking on that expression.
----> I see active sheet trigger is available for Fields but not for calculated expressions. So i can not use this trigger.
---> Is there any way to use Trigger for Calculated expression
---> or can we use link Representation to achieve this requirement. If yes. may I know how to use it and how to activate sheet using Link?

See the Attachment.
I misunderstood.
Thank you so much Aviral. Appreciated your help.
One more challenge I have. suppose we different two calculated Fields.
One is Sum(Sales) (from sales table)and another is Profit(From different table in the same data model)
If user clicks on sales, he will get data from sales table. If he clicks on Profit. he should get data from profit table. Is this possible in Qlikview?
can we use GetSelectedCount function for calculated fields ?
