Drop down filter Issue in Ajax Client

Hi Everyone,

One of our users using Laptop-Windows 10 .The drop-downs are not working  in filters.  The drop-down list shows up for a millisecond before disappearing in internet explorer .

In Chrome, the drop-down list shows up, but when they  click the list options, nothing happens..

If we  deactivate the touchscreen of laptop , the dropdowns work. What can we do to get Qlikview touchscreen-ready.

Please Suggest me.

Probably is not a problem of Qlik, this behaviour is the same in another web pages? Maybe is something wrong with your touchscreen drivers.
