Hi Experts,
I have Dimension [End date] in Straight Table& Pivot Table in my chart.
End Date=Date(EngagementBilling_End_Date__c,'DD MMM YYYY').For this im getting right count in Straight & Pivot table.
Given Dropdown option for EndDate and contains only data for Feb & March .below is the screenshot.Incase if we select dropdown
it is giving whole calender stuff in my selection
After dropdown selection ,im getting whole data like junk data & Unneccessary data.which not relavent to my actual data in chart(Straight & Pivot table)
Kinldy please suggested me the best way to avoid unnessary data which is not relavent to actaul data in staright Table.

So to better understand your question. Are you using multibox or listbox to view your EndDate (I guess this is what you are referring to when you say drop-down selection)??
You are looking to view only the End Dates which you have selected?

Not exactly,no were im using MultiBox or List Box.I have a staright tables to give detailed view.I used EndDate in Dimension..just Like Country,Region and EndDate.After taking EndDate in Dimension then i will went to Presentaion tab then Enabled the dropdown option.
Ys im looking for view only end Dates which are there in Actual data.

It is showing all the data in the form of possible (with white background) and excluded (with gray background).
This is how it will perform by default. However, we can do a workaround.
Create a text object similar to drop down icon of the end date, place it exactly over the drop down icon end date.
then on click of it, enable a list box for end date. Set Hide Excluded option for this List Box to hide unwanted dates.
You can hide this list box by providing a Close button or using field event or variable event trigger.
