Duplicate tickets

Hi friends,

I need to create a flag for duplicate tickets.

Senario- i have a ticket with ip address and branch code, it is opened on Down since( 08/04/2016 14:35:00 ) and Upsince on ( 28/04/2016 18:09:00 )  need to show as flag 0 .

And other tickets between these dates what are there in Down since need to show flag as 1 (example:duplicate tickets in red box
