I have a query I am struggling to find a solution for.
From the sample data attached. I am after calculating the change in the base average when there is a continuous shift in Values.
For example: In the data attached, “Result” for May16 to Dec-16 is less than the the normal Avg ie 92.99% ie 8 continuous points (this is flagged in “Counter” column)
My desired result is 87.449% ie the average of May16 to Apr-17 (avg of continuous 12 points - formula in Excel from cell c27 onwards)
