Hi,
I am working on a dynamic report with following layout, consists of 2 high level column headerand subsidiary column headers.
Summer and Winter is the actual data of a field called "Season", same as the Year. Upon selection of Summer / Winter / both in the list (or a button as an alternative), the report will show corresponding columns as follow.
Both Selected.
Summer 2013 VS Summer 2014 | Winter 2013 VS Winter 2014
Year | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May |
2013 | 10 | 20 | 30 | 30 | 20 | 10 | 50 | 60 | 40 | 20 | 10 | 10 |
2014 | 10 | 40 | 50 | 40 | 20 | 40 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
"Summer" Selected
Summer 2013 VS Summer 2014
Year | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov |
2013 | 10 | 20 | 30 | 30 | 20 | 10 |
2014 | 10 | 40 | 50 | 40 | 20 | 40 |
Therefore, the header title "Summer 2013 VS Summer 2014" is actually a customized string which will change upon different selection on Fields.
I tried to use the Pivot table but it fails as the "Zero" value cannot be suppressed and I cannot customized the header columns' title .

When I go with the Strainght table, it would not allow to have the header column.
It's a big headache for me right now as .
May I have your guys's advice is the above requirement feasible in QlikView? And how can it be achieved?
Much appreciated, Wish you all a nice day!!

You can actualy suppress 0 values in pivot table (check image)
If you want to achive something like your first Table but without all the 0 for the winter 2014 i think is not possible.
