Dynamic Update Action: Update not working

Hello -

I am trying to implement Dynamic Update Action for the first time in our Dashboard..

The Dashboard is for seeing the impact of updating employee salaries by predefined percentages.

See attached doc.

But nothing happens when Update Buttons are clicked.

I am very familar with database SQL statments but not sure if syntax needs to be altered to be handled by Qlikbiew.

Also does the chart gets updated automatically if Dynamic Update Works or do users need to do refresh.

Any help is appreciated.
