Dynamic currency conversion

Anyone has implemented dynamic currency conversion, in the sense that number of currencies can change?

I have as a start 3 currencies SEK, DKK and EUR with monthly rate, but there can be more coming later (USD etc).

User should be able to select currency (incl local), and then all transactions should convert to that currency.

So a "full" conversion is needed.

I have done this before but with currencies explicitly known and static.

I'm sure someone has done this already, and that it's possible?
