Dynamic position of dimensions

Hi,

i'm creating a new dynamic report with a pivot chart,

I want the dimensions that have the user selects a position in the order of the selection he made

if the user selects the dimension 1 then 2 then 3

the pivot chart will be made as follows:

dim1 dim3 dim2

possible? any ideas?

thank you

Hi Djallel,

depending on the nr. of possible combinations the user might select, the following might be an option (if there's not too many possible variations)

=> Create n objects, all in the exact same position, with visibility_conditions to match each possible selection.

In general, it's possible to use variables in charts - it should also be possible to use variables as dimensions?

I have not undertood your requirement, brobably you need cyclic or drill down groups of dimensions, define them in the dimension tab

It's not a finish solution more an approach how could it be done and it's in german but you could it translate, maybe google translator:

Re: Sortierung von Dimensionen in einer Tabelle

But it's only nice to have I wouldn't try it.
