ERROR FAIL ODBC UNKNOW ERROR

Hi community

i have an error when i am traing to load data.

never happen this before,

in specific this error is in this pc.

First i intall qv 11 sr2 64bits,

the error said. is the first picture.

now desistanll qv11 64 bits, and install qv 10 sr6 64bits.

and again an error and no load data.

IT`s not problem for script because this qvw. in other PC run good.
