Email Alerts in Qlikview

I am trying to set up an email alter on a certain condition.  But I am kind of stuck at the User Preference screen>>>Mail Tab.

What is the Authentication method I shall use and what is the USERID and password shall I be using here ?

This would be a user already there in the mail server. For every mail sending through qv, the mail server would authenticate via this user. You could ask your IT team for a neutral mail id to be used here.
