Email Setup - user preferences issue

Not sure why....What else do i need to do to set an email alert from qlikview? It would be an exchange email address...am i using the right authentication method?

The default port to use is normally 25.

[Port 443 is usually used for https web traffic]

You have to make sure your Exchange admins have set the Exchange server to accept your mail relay request from your IP.

I normally use the Authentication method of None.
