Email automation with conditions??

Hi Everyone,

I've hit a bit of a speedbump in a project I'm working on. I have certain conditions, that when met, have to send an email with the relevant information to a select number of people (almost like an urgency alert). I'm working with QV10 and had a look at the Alert Wizard but Didn't go into too much detail with it.

Anyone have some experience with email automation?

you want to do it by pressing a button "send an alert" or it should by done automatically by scheduler?
