Enable Horizontal Scroll Bar on Straight Table
Hi Folks, I am trying to enable the horizontal Scroll Bar on straight table because I have 15 dimensions and 1 expression and we deploy the applications on iPad. So users are requested for horizontal Scroll Bar on the object.
I check all the options on the Straight table object and I didn't see any forceful option to enable the scroll bar after certain limit of the dimensions.
How do I turn the scroll bar ?
Please Help me on this.......
Thanks in Advance .....

You can use expressions instead of dimensions, if possible. And, vote for this:

Hi, Dathu.qv
I recommend you check that the horizontal scroll bar works as intended before the users get to see it as I have found scroll bars sometimes do not work for iPad. Instead you have to swipe the table within the object to move horizontally.
Cheers,
Neil

Hi, Dathu.qv
I believe voting is limited to QlikView customers, Partners and QlikTech employees. If you have one, I recommend contacting your QlikView Partner to make sure you are set up correctly.
Cheers,
Neil

Hi Dathu.qv,
You can reposition your expression between two of the dimensions (drag). Now your entire straight table has a horizontal scrollbar.

Add a empty Expression and drag it to the 1st.

Hi GU Sharon and Dathu.qv,
That's also a possibility. You should unmark the enable-checkbox to hide this empty expression. The horizontal scrollbar will still be available.
Regards, Janneke.

Hi AB,
Have you already tried adding another (empty) dimension?
And did you make sure that Width is adjusted in de Caption tab of the chart properties?
Janneke.
