Ending balance based on last month in each quarter

Hi,

I have data where ending balance is present monthly. I am showing ending balance in a chart with respect to Quarter&Year.Suppose ending balance for (2017) Jan,Feb,March,April is 100,150,120,180. My chart should display: Q12017-120, Q22017-180.

Basically I have to find the last month or the max month in each quarter and show the ending balances.

Please find as below:

First Take Year and Quarter is your Dimesion:

In Measure:  Sum({<Month={'$(=max(month))'}>}Value)

Thanks Arvind, this will not help as max(month) will always return max month. In the above example it will return 4. Thus I will not get any value for Q1
