Error: Failed to Reach server when try to Open in Server..............???

Iam getting the following error when i try to open in server.......... Why is it coming?? any idea?

You don't get a CAL from the server. (Named or Document) Please contact your Qlikview Admin to check if there is a lic assigned to your account in the QMC (if QVS 9)
