Error Messeges

hi

I developed a model for client and install it on his server.

they have license for 10 users, that are  going to conect to QV via their PCs, so i need to install the free version on their PCs and log in to the server from there.(the license is installed on the server).

i tried to connect via one PC but i had a varied kind of Error Messeges that pop up and didnt let me connect to the server,

i attached a file with a few  print screens to show.

if someone know thos errors pls let me know how to manege them

thx

Hi,

This normally indicates an issue with the connection between the client and QvServer and is likely the TCP port 4747 being blocked somewhere between the two.

One thing to test the port, is to do a “telnet [Servername] 4747” from a command prompt on the client machine, which will result in a blinking cursor in the upper left corner of the command dialog after clearing the other text, or an error of some sort, which will indicate the port is blocked.
