I did the improvement plan I did the migration from 11.2 to 12.1 I have two Qlikview servers and the error occurs in the URL of Qlikkview 12.1 In Qlikview 11.2 the same URL works without errors.

• I discard the network problem and both computers are in the same segment.

The solution is to replace the accent in the file name. Note that this is not a problem in version 11 of the platform. Greetings and thanks.
