Hi

I am using Qlikview Version 2.0 app in ipad

ios version is: 7.1.1(11D201)

when i am trying to access my server address(URL)  through this app it is throwing the error like

"Error contacting the server"

can anyone please helpme out this

Can you navigate from your iPad to the QlikView server using Safari?

yes peter i can open my app  through safari,but when i am using same url in ios app it is throwing the error

In your iPad client, are you using exactly the same URL as in Safari?

If you have a valid QlikView Server license, please contact support@qlik.com, so they will help you.

Add all necessary information, so they can look into your issue asap.
