This big block of text says it all: "...Failed to get write permission for file: E:\QV Dashboard\Inventory - Ghari\SND Inventory.qvw...". At the end of every reload, the publisher must be able to store the new version of the document on top of the old. It seems unable to do this.

Check the file NTFS permissions of your document. Does the publisher account have Write permissions on this file?

Allready Publisher Accounts provide Full permission and Services running through server admin and domain admin users.

That's what you may think is configured on the server. But did you effectively check it out?

The Windows Explorer Permissions dialog has a nice tab that allows you to verify for real whether a particular account has permissions to overwrite a particular file. It's called "Properties->Security->Advanced->Effective Permissions". Can you check this first, just to be sure?

You say that "IT team allowed tmp file access over the server then its working"

So I was right then?
