Error login access point

Good afternoon!

I have a group in AD and this group has access to the XPTO application.

I added John to the group and released Document Cal access to him.

When John accesses the access point and enters user name and password and clicks login, the page reloads and asks for the data again by entering the domain name in front of the user. As soon as John enters the data the error "Faleid to open document. You do not have access to this document. "

What but it did not work:

1. Assign John directly from the qvw file;
2. Restart all Qlik services
3. Assign Named Cal license
4. Enable full application security

All other users have access.

My application does not use Section Access. My server uses Ajax.

What can I do?

Thanks

It will be possible that the user has more than one domain?

Sometimes I have seen that when the user enters the credentials without the domain, the Access Point takes the default domain. Then this user with the default domain might not be the same user that you have introduced in the QMC.

It's that is the case you need to validate that the full username introduced is the same that you have included in the Authorisation.

Hi,

At times multiple accounts are created on AD for a same username.

Kindly check if the username which John is using is the same user whom you have given the license.

Check in .meta file on access point and check whether John's ID is present in it
