Error on start QlikView PE

Hi,

I have problem with QlikView Personal Edition SR10.

When I was running QlikView get I message "Program QlikView 11.20 SR10 doesn't work"

I try run QlikView from all programs and existing app.

Later can I only close program using button.

Windows 8 Pro x64.

.NET Framework 4.5

What should I check to eliminate this error?

Try running it in a compatibility mode and see if it works.

Msg: The program to stop working correctly because of a problem. Windows will close the program and notify you if leaflet represent an affordable solution.

Running it in a compatibility mode doesn't help me.

Where can I find QlikView main program logs? It is possible?
