Error runing service

Hi Expert

I have a problem, I start the services and all running, but in the console there are desactivated

the user is in the qlikview adm group and in the administrator of the server

what could be?

That the services are running within the windows service-overview or in taskmanager didn't mean that they are working properly from a qlikview point of view. But after a restart from the services it should be work. Before going deeper I would suggest to restart the whole server to be sure that there isn't any temporary issue. If the problem remained it will be rather difficult to find the reasons - maybe the QlikView Server Super Agent (and their log-files) from the PowerTools could be useful for this.

i did what you recommend and have the service have this error:

I have seen this as a result of .NET service upgrade on the server ..

shut down Qlikview services

restart the .Net Service

restart Qlikview service and check the error again
