Error using QV-User-Manager power tool

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use one of the power tools but can't get it to work. I've changed the QMS address in the config file and I've added myself to a newly created 'qlikview management api' AD group and the docinfo.csv is being created, but the only thing in it is the follwing:

An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.serviceModel/behaviors: qv_user_manager.ServiceKeyBehaviorExtensionElement..ctor() (T:\xx\QlikView\Reference Documents\Qv User Manager 11\qv-user-manager.exe.Config line 9)

Not sure where to go from here - any suggestions appreciated!
