Error when i install qlikview server

Hi All,

I'm trying to install qlikview server in my system, i gave username as AGS\832912 and password but it showing error.

In that filed what should i give the values.

Which error did you get?

Is AGS\832912 user in QlikView Administrator group?

Is AGS\832912 user administrator of local machine?

Hi,

Just Browse button and select user name from the list and then enter the password if still its showing error then please snip/post the error massage for more understanding.

You will need to click on Browse button and search your computer/domain and then your account.

If your account is a domain account, make sure the "Computer Browser" service is started in Windows Services console (Run > services.msc)

Please use service account name.

If it still shows error , please check the option "I want to specify the account to be used for the services later" .

After installing specify the service account name and password in the qlikview services .
