Error while connecting to oracle database

Hello All,

I am facing issue while connecting to oracleDB.

Error Description:

Error Source: OraOLEDB, ErrorMsg: ORA-00604: error occured at recursive SQL level 10 RA-20001: Development tools not allowed on production!@ Quiting. ORA-06512:.

Could you please suggest me on this issue.
