Excel instead of PDF in access point

Hi,

I have a one qvw file in access point and my user wnats to print the report in excel instead of PDF. how can i make excel fromat for my user when he/she pulls the report from access point. I have only Qlikview server but no Publisher and instead of preffered clint path is FullBrowser and Small edition and Client Path is QVAjax and no IEPlugin. Could anyone help me how can I make excel instead of PDF

Hi Amelia

you can use a 3rd party tools, like NPrinting, QVMail and others. all of them usually are not a free.

Or you can create a special macro code, which will export specific charts to Excel. I think you could find different examples of such (or very similar) macros in the Community.

If you press Ctrl+M in qlikView Desktop, you will see a special Macro editor where you can write VBScript/JavaScript macros.

You can find a lot of examples macro in this Community
