Exclude field when exporting to excel

Hi,

Is it possible to hide a field when exporting a table or chart when clicking on the Excel icon?

Or can I do this via a Macro, so I'll disabe the "Export to Excel" within the Document.

Surely there is a vbscript that can export to excel?

I avoid macros in QlikView, as macros are not supported and in many cases do not run from QV Server.

There are plenty of posts on the community about macros but I cannot help you with macros. Sorry.
