Excluding values in Set Analysis

I need some help with set analysis.

Please exclude the B = 1 and C = 1 if it's possible in one set analysis statement.

Maybe

Sum({<E={X}>-<B ={1},C={1}>} D)

Note that your two expressions both contain the first record, hence your sum is +1.
