HI

collapse and expand the dimensions are the features of pivot table. So use pivot table , instead of straight table..

The problem in Pivot table is it sums the values and shows it on collapse. But I want to show a total which will not be  a sum but some extra weightage added to it. The total for each dimension values would be provided in the data sheet. So by default I want to show the Total values there in the data sheet and on expand the other values for the dimension should be populated...
