I know that there is an option in the presentation tab when you can set a pivot table as fully expanded and there is another option when you right click > expand all, but I should do this column by column, is there another way to fully expand the table with just one click?
It depends on how you have expanded/collapsed the columns when you save the QVW file. Check the different behavior of each pivot table in the attached example file to see what I mean and for an explanation on each.

Ok, I understand but then I need to manually expand all the records before to click on collapse all, so when I click again on Expand all it will expand the entire table, am I right?
