Export Excel QlikView Server

Good afternoon,
I can not export to excel from the AccesPoint . It is using IE Plugin.
In the QMC we have enabled the option to print and export to excel .
QlikView server version is:
QlikTech Product QlikViewServer Edition 64 -bit (x64 )
  Product Version 11.20.12451.0

That should be a case for Qlik support really. Have you tried contacting them?
