Export Straight Table to Excel via Macro

Hi

I know that there are a lot of requests for this on here, but I really have no VB skills and all the ones I try to use I can not get to work.

What I need to be able to do is to create a button to export 3 objects to an excel document as different tabs in the same excel document

I would be grateful if someone can help and make the code as easy as poss to understand.
