Export and Copy option disabled for users and Enabled for Admin

   Hi,

I have requirement where if user logs in then he should not Export and Copy. where are if Admin logs in then he can do export and Copy.

If disable Export option in Document Properties it will disable the export option for all the users. If i enable this it will allow export objects to all users.

Any help on how to achieve this.
