Export document layout not working (11.2 SR7)

Hi,

I have a file with 29 sheets.

when I try to export document layout it does export anything...empty folder.

when I start deleting sheets, and I stay with about 5 sheets or less - then it works...

I can't seem to find a pecific sheet or object to cause this malfunction and I need it to work...

Anyone else encountered this issue?

ver - QV 11.2 SR7 64bit on win server 2008.
