Export to EXCEL Button

Hi Community,

some People have an Issue with this "Export to EXCEL" Button.

When they clicked on the XL Button a loading symbol appears but that's all - EXCEL doesn't start.

For me everthing working well but for my colleague not. We have the infrastructure.

I checked all IE Settings but i can't find any reason why.

Confusing is when the people right click the table and choose "Export to EXCEL" everthing is working fine.

How can that be?

loading symbol means the hour glass from windows.
