Exporting only data from any object

HI steve,

At present we are integrating the charts or other objects of qlikview dashboard into the web pages of our client.

They have put a variety of question i.e. in the access point when they are using export option on any of the chart or other sheet objects

is there any change of exporting that data into other file formats other than excel.

Does any third party connectors like Nprinting or other perform this.

Thank You.

Hi,

Right click on chart and select export.

In drop down you will see all available options.

Have  a look at attached image.

Hi,

you may want to check this post:

NPrinting Vs PDF Distributor

The short answer is yes you can use NPrinting for exporting (and sending via e-mail) QV reports into many formats and schedule it,

Thanks Jaime ,

Is it possible for one single object like a chart by using Nprinting or PDF distribution and even I dont what it to be

static because I am going to integrate some of the objects in to the clients website(div integration).

Did you get it, any solution.

In that case you need another approach. Take a look at this blog, it explains with detail 3 methods for integrating QV Objects into an external website (including DIV Integration).

As an additional note, it seems that you need a workbench license in order to use these features.

A small doubt regarding charts is can we allow the end user in access point to see the fields i.e dimensions or measures of his choice.

Are there any technics , if so , is it applicable in

1. Qlikview desktop standard mode

2. Qlikview Desktop web view mode

3. Access point

4. finally div integration

Thank you.
