Expression in variable doesn't change it's result

Hi

In one specific app I have some expressions in variables that don't work anymore and it keeps showing an old result.

When I create a new variable with the same expression, that last variable behaves correctly. But only for a while and then it shows an result and refuses to chain.

I've deleted the variable, shut down the pc for the weekend, created the variable again with the expression and it keeps on showing the old result.

Did anyone encounter this before and found a solution?

Never happened to me, but are there any triggers that are forcing a certain value to the variable based on certain actions?

I found it.

Apparently an object in an other state was using these variables and was the source of the problem.

Don't know why but after I deleted it the problem was resolved.
