Expression into dimension

Hi All, 

I have below expression as :

count(Distinct {<SEVERITY_NAME={'A' }>}if(CREATE_DATE<DepDate and (isnull(CLOSE_DATE) or CLOSE_DATE>=DepDate),ID))
+
count(Distinct if(CREATE_DATE>DepDate,ID))

Now I need to write the same expression as a 

Calculated Dimension .need help in getting this
